sign.
A quick annulment dissolves the marriage as though it never occurred
in the first place and both spouses are returned to their prior
marital status, or status as single persons.
Process

- Complete the on-line quesitonniare;
- Within 24 hours we will e-mail or mail the papers to you;
- Sign the papers in front of a notary and return them to our
office;
- The papers are filed with the court.
- Once the papers are signed by the Judge we return copies to
both parties
Cost
- $1100
total, including all attorney's fees, filing fees and mailing fees.
A deposit of $700 is required and then $400 when the papers are ready
