On Line Divorce Process
- Complete the on-line divorce questionnaire;
- Normally we will e-mail or mail the papers to you same day;
- The non-travling spouse would notarize the papers;
- The traveling spouse would take the papers to Guam to notarize in the attorney's office;
- We file the papers with the court.
- Once the papers are signed by the Judge we return copies to both parties.

Debts/Property/Children - Pursuant
to our attorneys advice, addressing assets and debts, spousal support
and child custody and support are not included in these on line
divorce papers. The court would have difficulty enforcing these
