Easy Divorce Process                          

• Complete the on-line easy divorce questionnaire; normally we will e-mail the papers to you within 48 hours; sign the papers in front of a notary, obtain a notary certificate from the county clerk's office, and return them to our office; we certify the documents with the Dominican Republic Consulate's Office in the United States; we verify the hearing date; you fly to the Dominican and attend a 5 minute hearing with the attorney;
• Once the Decree of Divorce is signed by the Judge and re-translated into English we return copies to both parties.

Required Documents -
The customer is required to obtain original, certified copies of the marriage license and original, certified copies of any child's birth certificate(s).

You need a passport and a Dominican Visa is required which can be purchased at the airport for $20.

Notary Information - The parties must sign in front of a Notary Public. The Dominican Republic requires a copy of the notary's certificate. Then you must certify the notary license with either the County Clerk's Office or the Secretary of State.
