Guam Code Annotated Section 8318 of Title 19 states:
The parties may conclusively waive any objections which they may
have as to the jurisdiction of the court to grant a divorce or
dissolution of marriage to either one or both parties, which waiver
shall conclusively bar any future attack upon the jurisdiction
of the court to grant a divorce or dissolution of marriage to
the parties pursuant to the provisions of the codes of Guam, and
the court shall grant a divorce or dissolution of marriage based
upon the consent of the Defendant regardless of whether either
of the parties meet any of the foregoing residency requirements,
and shall grant a divorce or dissolution of marriage even if neither
party is a resident of Guam upon the consent of the Defendant.
